Accounting & Operations Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for an Accounting & Operations Specialist to start immediately!

📌 About the Client

Our client operates in the Commercial Landscape Supply & Property Maintenance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage Accounts Payable processing
    • Manage Accounts Receivable and collections follow-up
    • Perform bank reconciliations
    • Prepare financial reporting and provide analysis/insights
    • Handle contract administration
    • Review timesheets and support payroll processing
    • Create SOPs and document processes

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience working with North American clients
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
    • Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations
    • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
    • Strong communication skills with a high-level, North American accent preferred

    • Technical Requirements:

    • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

    • Working Webcam

    • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
      • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
      • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

    Salary Package :

    • PHP 55,000
