Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and scale our business across Italy. This role requires someone with Go-To-Market expertise, as well as top-tier enterprise sales skills. You will work closely with global leadership, product, and operations teams to ensure strong alignment between market needs and product delivery.

What You Will Do

Identify and build relationships with new customers in the horticultural sector, provide hands-on product demonstrations and training at farms and offices, develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech
  • Background or experience in agriculture is preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results without direct supervision
  • World-Class service delivery & customer-centric attitude
  • Business-level English
  • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Valid work permit for Italy
