Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes
  • Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing
  • Develop and maintain the total reward framework and compensation banding structure
  • Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting
  • Provide specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward matters
  • Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits
  • Experience with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
