Role Overview
Speak is seeking a Head of APAC Sales to drive exponential growth in the region, leading all sales efforts and managing local sales teams in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. The role will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and CSM teams to ensure offerings resonate across diverse APAC markets.
What You Will Do
Set and execute regional sales strategy, lead high-performing sales teams, drive new logo wins and account expansion, own outbound and inbound sales processes, and develop and document sales playbooks.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing APAC or multi-country teams, and a proven track record in meeting/exceeding ARR targets in enterprise software, SaaS, L&D, or related tech sectors.
