Description

This is a remote position.

A well-reputed UK-based gardening business servicing several towns north of London is seeking a highly organised and proactive remoteOperations & Customer Support Administratorfor 8-10 hours per month (potential to increase as the business grows). This role supports smooth day-to-day coordination between customers, subcontractor gardeners, and the business owner, ensuring efficient scheduling and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary link between customers and gardeners

  • Respond to enquiries and engage with new leads

  • Prepare and issue customer quotes

  • Schedule and manage bookings

  • Provide subcontractor gardeners with clear job details

  • Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets

  • Communicate via WhatsApp and BookingKoala

  • Escalate queries or operational issues when required


Requirements

  • Experience working with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, BookingKoala(training provided)

  • Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets

  • Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to problem-solve independently

  • Administration, scheduling, or customer service experience

  • Gardening or landscaping exposure (not essential)
