We have a new position for a Transaction Manager to help support our national clients. You will be part of a lean, autonomous team that coordinates resources, executes leases, leads site acquisition, executes renewals, and implements dispositions on behalf of our corporate clients.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, transaction management, lease administration, or a similar field. You must have a real estate license and a background in negotiating real estate deal terms. Just as important: you lean into new technology rather than tolerate it. CRE is an antiquated industry, and we need someone who operates AI-first, learns unfamiliar systems fast, and is comfortable owning outcomes in a startup environment.
Job duties
- Establish, maintain, and enhance the client relationship
- Organize, manage, deliver, and report on real property transaction activities
- Manage, monitor, and direct field brokers to assure appropriate outcomes and deliverables
- Respond to client deadlines and internal deadlines on time
- Manage, coordinate, and successfully use all necessary client technologies and software relating to the real estate process, as well as Locate's proprietary software
- Coordinate efforts with client management teams
- Assure that client policies and quality standards are met in relation to transactional processes
- Prepare and present oral/written presentations and strategic plans
- Quantify and report on occupancy cost savings and value add to client
- Prepare accurate and informative project tracking reports, financial reports, and financial analyses
- Understanding of corporate organizational structure and the ability to adapt to the client's culture.

Compensation: $80 - $100k / year DOE
