Recruitment Resourcer

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and databases
• Screen CVs against job specifications and shortlist suitable applicants
• Conduct initial telephone screenings and competency-based interviews
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS system consistently

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition experience
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
