Job Title: SaaS Sales Executive

Employment Type: Contractual | Remote for Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission

Product Summary: SparkTrack is a study abroad CRM and student management platform built for education agencies and overseas education consultants. It helps agencies run their full student journey in one place, from first enquiry to enrolled student. SparkTrack is built for agencies that need mre than a generic CRM. It is designed around admissions workflows, counsellor teams, student documents, visa timelines, multi-branch operations, and the need to respond quickly to every enquiry.

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to sell a student management & CRM software to education institutes across Pakistan. The role involves remote selling, calling, client meetings when required, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell our SaaS software to education institutes, academies, and counselling businesses in Pakistan

  • Perform outbound sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and online demos

  • Identify prospects, pitch the product, and close deals

  • Visit clients physically when required (within your city/region)

  • Maintain leads, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal team for demos, onboarding, and client support

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS / Software sales (CRM, ERP, EdTech preferred)

  • Comfortable with calling, pitching, and negotiations

  • Strong understanding of Pakistani market

  • Ability to sell online (remote) and also meet clients in person when needed

  • Good communication skills in English & Urdu

  • Self-motivated and target-driven
