Role Overview
Lead commercial growth and strategic client relationships for Globant's Healthcare and Life Sciences AI Studio. Drive revenue, own C-suite relationships, and shape AI-led transformation across HLS clients.
What You Will Do
Lead and grow senior client relationships, own a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies, partner with delivery, data, and engineering teams, and build a high-performing client partner/consulting team.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences
- 7–10+ years in consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles
- Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to HLS clients
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios and leading executive-level conversations
- Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving studio model
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
