In this role, you'll collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges, drive process improvements, and make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality methodologies such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC.
- Analyze supplier quality data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support supplier development, process transfers, and new product introductions while ensuring supplier readiness.
- Build trusted supplier relationships and influence sustainable quality improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, supplier auditing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience driving supplier performance and continuous improvement; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
