Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate, and secure performance and partnership opportunities for artists in Japan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, and event organizers.
Coordinate with internal teams on contracts, logistics, and scheduling.
Track market trends and provide strategic recommendations for artist activities in Japan.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to performances and events.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Entertainment, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in artist booking, live events, or music industry preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Deep understanding of Japans entertainment landscape and culture.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under fast-paced environments.
