주요 역할:

  • 영업 전략 수립 및 타겟 시장(대형 엔터프라이즈 고객, 금융, 제조, 물류,데이터센터) 개발
  • 시스템 통합업체(SI), 컨설턴트, 기술 파트너와의 전략적 파트너십 관리
  • 물리적 보안 솔루션(SaaS, Hybrid, On-premise) 제안 및 매출 목표 달성
  • APAC 팀 및 캐나다 본사와의 정기적인 협업

  • 물리적 보안 솔루션 영업 경력 5년 이상
  • 대기업 , 엔터프라이즈  고객 분야 경력 3년 이상 및 파트너십 구축 경험
  • Account Manager 중심의 영업 경력 필수

We are looking for an Account Executive to lead innovation in the South Korean physical security market.

We are seeking a talented professional to drive growth in key target sectors, including Enterprise, Manufacturing, Finance, Government, and Logistics—and foster strong collaboration with our customers and system integrator (SI) partners.

What your day will look like:

  • Develop sales strategies and expand our footprint in target markets (Large Enterprise, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Data Centers).
  • Manage strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), consultants, and technology partners.
  • Propose comprehensive physical security solutions (SaaS, Hybrid, On-premise) and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain regular collaboration with the APAC team and our corporate headquarters in Montreal, Canada.

What makes you a great candidate:

  • Certificate or bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the physical security industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in the enterprise/large corporate sector with a proven track record of building partnerships.
  • Extensive experience in an Account Manager-focused sales role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in consultative selling.
  • Proven ability to present and position complex physical security solutions (SaaS, Hybrid, on-premise).
  • In-depth understanding of legacy system integration/migration strategies and device compatibility.
  • Experience in an Account Manager focused sales role or similar role
  • Experience preferably in technical sales position from the IT and/or Physical Security industries, will be advantageous
  • Driven, proactive, and self-motivated team player
  • Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Be a team player, flexible and collaborative by nature
  • Professional proficiency in English.
