Description
Job Title: Advanced Specialist, Regional Lead
Higher Education Advocacy Lead (APAC)
Oversee the Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA) Program within the APAC region. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of the program, aligning it with local market needs and Pearson's International Higher Education's strategic goal to drive brand awareness and increase monetization to achieve revenue targets.
This is a dynamic leadership role where you will guide a team of Student Ambassadors, providing them with the tools and support to succeed. PSAs work closely with Pearson teams to deliver on-campus and virtual initiatives. This role requires regular collaboration with colleagues based in the UK timezone, including availability for meetings and working sessions aligned to UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Student Ambassador Program in the APAC region, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.
- Team Support: Recruit, train, and mentor Student Ambassadors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align program activities with regional goals. Collaborate regularly with colleagues in the UK timezone.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor program outcomes using established KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.
- Local Engagement: Ensure that program initiatives reflect the unique needs and opportunities within the APAC region.
- Institutional visits to support live events, meet with PSAs
- Content and Feedback: Support ambassadors in creating impactful social media content, providing feedback to enhance their contributions.
- Customer Insights: Gather and share feedback from faculty and ambassadors to help improve Pearson's products and services.
