Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Willingness to attend international conferences and represent the company professionally;
• An existing base of affiliate partners in the dating vertical will be a strong advantage.

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners;
• Expand partner network through proactive search and outreach;
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns and optimize performance;
• Consult partners on their marketing strategy and needs;
• Analyze performance fluctuations (sales, profit, traffic quality);
• Monitor competitors and market trends in online marketing.
