WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON​

What you will focus on

As our Senior AI Engineer, you’ll own the AI technology that powers the next generation of our games—from computer vision and generative AI to conversational AI and AI-assisted development workflows. You’ll bridge cutting-edge AI research with production-ready solutions, ensuring our AI features are scalable, reliable, and enjoyable for millions of players.

What it means on a daily basis​

  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI workflows and ML pipelines, from data collection and model training to deployment and monitoring.
  • Lead the development of AI features across computer vision, generative AI, conversational AI, and AI-driven gameplay experiences.
  • Research, prototype, evaluate, and productionize the latest AI technologies while balancing innovation with maintainability and performance.
  • Drive AI-assisted development by implementing agentic workflows, AI coding assistants, and modern AI engineering practices to improve team productivity.
  • Mentor AI engineers and collaborate closely with game, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful AI features.

Who you would be working with​

  • Production Team to identify and build AI-powered player experiences.
  • Programming team to design scalable AI architecture and production pipelines.
  • Junior AI Engineers by providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Cross-functional teams to integrate AI into gameplay and development workflows.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED​

  • Experience building and shipping production AI/ML systems.
  • Strong Python programming skills with solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, clean architecture, version control).
  • Deep expertise in Computer Vision, including object detection, classification, tracking, and model optimization using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience designing and operating end-to-end ML pipelines covering data, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience deploying AI models to resource-constrained environments such as mobile, edge devices, WebGL, or on-device inference.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and chatbot frameworks.
  • Experience building AI agent workflows, AI coding assistants, and modern AI engineering tools (e.g., MCP, RAG, agent frameworks, context engineering).
  • Strong understanding of generative AI workflows for image generation and content creation.
  • Ability to read academic research and translate it into practical production solutions.
