Description:
- Juniper Square is seeking an Analytics Engineer to develop the Insights data product, focusing on data models, transformation logic, and visualizations for analytics.
- This role involves collaboration with the Data Product Services team and cross-functional work with Engineering and Product to enhance the Insights product.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, Data Analyst).
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in complex queries and data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise BI platform (Looker preferred, but others acceptable).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and SQL-based transformation frameworks (dbt preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- Strong focus on data integrity and security, with a proactive working style.
