Description:

• BJAK is seeking applied AI engineers to develop AI-native systems for their AI Neobank app.
• The role focuses on automating workflows, improving products, and enhancing financial services for users.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering skills, preferably in Python and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agents, workflow automation, or AI tools.
• Ability to integrate AI systems with real products and operational workflows.
• Good judgment on AI applications versus rule-based systems.
• Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, support automation, CRM, or operations automation is a plus.
