You are a motivated professional who is passionate about providing innovative solutions to current and potential customers. You excel at communication and presentation and have experience working closely with customers to assess needs. You are self-driven, ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can market and promote company products and services to current and potential customers.
Travel Requirements
- Travel is required every other week within the assigned territory to build and develop new client relationships
- Attendance at association conferences, industry events, and client meetings, including events that may occur on weekends and holidays
- Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience
What You’ll Do
- Build a portfolio of financial institution relationships from the ground up within an assigned territory
- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, outreach, and market penetration
- Identify, target, and convert new client relationships into active, revenue-producing accounts
- Establish and grow long-term partnerships with financial institutions through consistent engagement and value delivery
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, deal discussions, and execution
- Develop deep expertise in BHG products, deal structures, and market positioning
- Strategically manage territory to maximize pipeline development, coverage, and revenue opportunity
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client outcomes
- Represent BHG Financial at industry events, association conferences, and client meetings
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in new business sales, business development, or financial services is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline and convert new relationships into revenue
- Strong track record of revenue generation through prospecting and closing
