Description:

  • The Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will manage and resolve challenging issues for the ServiceNow SRE team, focusing on instance performance, reliability, and availability.
  • This technical role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand the ServiceNow platform quickly.
  • Responsibilities include providing sustainable resolutions to infrastructure issues, preventing repeatable issues, and driving initiatives to improve system design and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL-driven IT Operations (Incident, Problem & Change Management).
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux environments and basic networking skills (IP addressing and routing).
  • Ability to work 4 days (10 hours, mostly Wed-Sat).
