• Seeking backend engineers to build core systems for BJAK's AI Neobank app, focusing on reliable APIs and scalable infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations.
• Experience building services at meaningful scale.
• Strong debugging, reliability, security, and data quality mindset.
• Ability to make trade-offs between speed, correctness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Fintech experience is a plus but not required if fundamentals are strong.
