Exercise independent judgment and advanced product knowledge to guide HCPs in optimal device use during procedures.

Identify opportunities to increase procedural frequency, onboard new users, and expand departmental adoption.
Translate clinical interactions into actionable commercial insights for the territory team.
Reinforce best practices that improve procedural efficiency and strengthen long-term account retention.
Ensure KPI collection and accurate clinical documentation to support business performance tracking.
Account Partnership & Commercial Development
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to support account strategy and territory growth initiatives.
Assist with product evaluations, trials, and follow-up engagement to convert interest into sustained usage.
Contribute to field training and onboarding efforts to accelerate adoption.
Develop relationships across clinical and operational stakeholders within accounts.
Drive new capital lead generation within assigned territory.
Note: This role involves highly intellectual and non-standardized work. You will apply specialized clinical knowledge acquired through formal education and comprehensive Noah training to influence procedural success and account growth.
