Role Overview
Join a leading Am Law firm as a Corporate & Private Equity Senior Associate or Counsel, leading sophisticated private equity transactions and managing client relationships.
What You Will Do
Lead private equity transactions, represent clients in complex acquisitions and strategic transactions, draft and negotiate agreements, and manage transaction teams.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of corporate transactional experience
- Significant emphasis on private equity transactions
- Ability to independently lead sophisticated transactions and manage client relationships
- Active membership in the Illinois Bar
