Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Lead to join our Product Studio team, where you'll work on transforming ideas, expertise, and thought leadership into compelling visual stories. You'll collaborate with designers, consultants, and growth teams to create content across various formats, including visual design, motion, video, social, events, campaigns, and digital experiences.

What You Will Do

As a Creative Lead, you'll turn ideas into compelling visual stories, create content across multiple formats, develop creative concepts, partner with subject matter experts, and produce motion graphics, short-form video, and campaign assets.

Requirements

• Strong editorial instincts and storytelling ability

• Experience creating content across multiple formats
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, pacing, visual communication, and narrative
• A high bar for quality and strong creative judgment
• Experience creating content for enterprise, technology, consulting, product, software, or B2B audiences
• Ability to translate complex business, technology, product, and AI concepts into compelling visual stories
• Experience creating content that informs, influences, and builds credibility, not just attention
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and how they are changing creative work
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt as new tools and capabilities emerge
• Comfortable working independently and bringing ideas from concept to execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and creative taste
