Description:

  • Responsible for automating identity and access management (IAM) processes at Xepelin.
  • Design and implement automated workflows for identity lifecycle management integrated with HR systems.
  • Build APIs and microservices for Cybersecurity and business teams to autonomously access IAM capabilities.
  • Automate periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate IAM tools with the company's tech stack to eliminate manual processes.
  • Maintain privileged access management (PAM) systems to control and audit high-risk access.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Python, focusing on backend development, RESTful APIs, and process automation.
  • Experience in IAM management: directories, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and user lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating IAM tools with external systems via APIs (SCIM, LDAP, OAuth/OIDC).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with FastAPI or Flask for building internal services.
  • Automation-oriented mindset with a focus on reducing manual support.
  • Natural curiosity for AI applications in automation and access anomaly detection.
  • Experience in technology or fintech companies is a plus.
