Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a customer support services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, diagnose and resolve customer enquiries, and accurately document all customer interactions.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech language skills, both spoken and written
- A valid EU passport
