Description:

• Lead the development of Sardine’s internal data platform, integrating GTM, product analytics, and business data sources.
• Own critical backend infrastructure including billing data, warehouse security, and ETL pipelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, ideally supporting GTM or business functions.
• Expertise in Python, strong SQL skills, and experience with modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow).
• Proven ability to manage data integrations across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and BigQuery/Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization solutions (Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
• Familiarity with credit or financial data and regulatory considerations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A bias toward action and comfort working in ambiguity.
