  • Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, academic leaders, and cross-functional teams to integrate library resources, information literacy instruction, and academic support services into courses, programs, and student success initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate library service data, learner engagement metrics, and instructional assessment results to support decision-making, identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement, persistence, and academic success, demonstrate impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support accreditation processes by gathering documentation, preparing reports and evidence, responding to information requests, mapping resources to standards, and demonstrating the effectiveness of library and learning support services.
  • Explore and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and practices that enhance online learning, digital literacy, and learner success.
  • Professional Engagement
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and monitor trends in librarianship, educational technology, artificial intelligence, online learning, and student success to anticipate and meet learner needs.
  • Perform other job duties, including attending meetings and supporting departmental initiatives requiring the skills and expertise of a qualified digital learning librarian. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on workload and organizational needs.
