Role Overview
The Director R&D Operational Excellence & Performance will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive R&D performance framework, including KPIs, metrics, and dashboards. They will also drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across R&D, including process re-engineering, standardization, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include performance management, operational excellence, process optimization, and change management. The Director will also be responsible for driving a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across R&D.
