Email Marketing Specialist - Remote

We're hiring an email marketing specialist to own our lifecycle email program at a fast-growing finance B2C brand.

Tasks

You'll handle:

- Subject lines, offers, and copy

- Segmentation and audience strategy

• Campaign briefs, calendar planning, and execution
  - Promotional blasts, automated flows, lifecycle sequences
  - A/B testing and iteration based on results

Requirements

Required:

• Proven email marketing experience for ecommerce, software, or finance B2C brands
  - Strong instinct for offers and subject lines that convert
  - Comfortable working with structured processes and AI-assisted workflows
  - Reliable, organized, available for ongoing work

Nice to have (not required):

• Customer.io experience
  - HTML email design experience (writing HTML directly or with AI, not image-based)
