Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to drive the adoption of cutting-edge analog mixed signal (AMS) solutions on a global scale. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a global team of AMS applications engineers and sales specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You Will Do

The Executive Director, AMS Technical Sales will lead and mentor a global team, develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of Synopsys' Analog Mixed Signal product lines, partner with R&D and Marketing to define and deliver compelling AMS solutions, and engage directly with strategic customers to understand their challenges and present technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong program management skills, with experience driving global initiatives from concept through execution
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and deliver results for top-tier semiconductor clients
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at both technical and executive levels
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
