Description:
- CD PROJEKT RED seeks an experienced Expert Animation Programmer for their R&D team in Vancouver, focusing on next-gen character animation systems.
- Responsibilities include designing and maintaining animation systems, collaborating with teams, optimizing code, prototyping techniques, mentoring junior programmers, and planning project milestones.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of game programming experience, particularly in character animation systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of real-time 3D animation principles, kinematics, and rigging systems.
- Strong math skills, especially in linear algebra and vector math.
- Experience with large-scale game engines, preferably Unreal Engine.
