From collaborating with top-tier professionals in this industry to leveraging cutting-edge technologies, this role promises a thrilling adventure filled with learning, creativity, and endless possibilities.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our Graduate Programme runs for a period of 12 months giving successful graduates the opportunity to become a full time Xapien once the programme has concluded. This role would therefore be a 12 month contract.</strong></p> <h2>Position overview</h2> <p>We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented FP&amp;A Graduate to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, directly contributing to our strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in a relevant field, a keen interest in data and the crypto space, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development in a dynamic environment.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.</li> <li>Assist in the analysis of financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify initial trends and provide supporting insights for business decisions, under guidance.</li> <li>Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, learning the underlying processes.</li> <li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools, learning best practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, focusing on accuracy and understanding data sources.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders, gaining exposure to executive communication.</li> <li>Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required, developing your analytical skills.</li> <li>Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments, learning the financial evaluation process.</li> <li>Assist with aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes, gaining insight into accounting cycles.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&amp;A processes and procedures by identifying areas for learning and suggesting improvements.</li> </ul> <h2>Skills needed</h2> <ul> <li>Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated potential to …
