Freelance Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists (Brazil)

Hey there! David Kennedy Recruitment is looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to support high-volume hiring projects in São Paulo, Brazil.

Due to rapid growth in Brazil, we are expanding our delivery network and looking for strong sourcing-focused recruiters who can identify, engage, and manage talent pipelines specifically within the Brazilian market.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote (Brazil-based sourcing)

Employment Type: EOR / Commission-Based or Freelance/Commission based

Responsibilities

• Source high-volume candidates in Brazil for roles based in São Paulo
• Use your own job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth candidate communication throughout the process
• Keep ATS pipelines updated and organised
• Work closely with DKR delivery leadership on fast-moving recruitment projects

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and good English communication skills
• Previous recruitment or sourcing experience within Brazil
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines independently
• Strong responsiveness, organisation, and communication skills
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is Essential

• ATS experience is an advantage
