Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native; Kotlin or Java experience is a plus.
Experience with AI-centric development workflows and a strong understanding of software security and testing.
Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
