Description:

• Develop core systems for the exchange partner (agent) system architecture and core code.
• Lead the development of the commission settlement engine, ensuring accurate fund calculations under high concurrency.
• Process massive trading order flows using Pulsar or Kafka, designing efficient asynchronous settlement and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Ensure data consistency in distributed environments and optimize database transaction handling.
• Monitor system performance and optimize API response speed under the Gin framework, including technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of Golang development experience, proficient in Go language core features (goroutine, channel, gc, etc.).
• Familiar with mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka) and their use cases.
• Proficient in relational database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL), index optimization, and SQL tuning.
• Familiar with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design standards.
• Familiar with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong coding standards, familiar with design patterns, and capable of code refactoring.
• Proficient in Git version management with good code review habits.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to work under pressure.
