Meet the Marketing team

Our AU marketing team builds the demand, brand and pipeline behind LEAP’s growth across Australia. We work in close partnership with sales, our Vertical Area of Law teams, and our global marketing function. We’re a small, ambitious team that ships real work and backs each other to do it well, at a point where there’s more growth in front of us than hands to chase it. That’s where you come in.

What you’ll do

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build LEAP AU’s performance function from the ground up. This is a newly created role, which is the interesting part. There’s no established growth practice to inherit, no one else’s dashboards or habits to work around. You’ll shape it.

Reporting to the AU Marketing Lead and based in Sydney with a hybrid working model, you’ll take ownership of paid media, experimentation and the full customer lifecycle. You’ll work hand in hand with sales and marketing operations, plug into our global marketing team and our Area of Law and Enterprise business units, and build your reporting off our existing Salesforce environment. Our website runs on a headless CMS, a Nuxt build with Storyblok out front, so you’ll partner closely with web and design too.

LEAP has been building LegalTech for more than 30 years, so if you’re coming from a startup, some things will feel more considered than you’re used to. The trade-off is worth it, because a lot of our growth is happening in parts of the business that still feel like startups. Our Area of Law verticals run almost like their own young companies, and our Enterprise function is newly established, so there’s real, unbuilt territory here to get your teeth into, with the reach and stability of a 30-year-old business behind you.

This is a quality-over-quantity role. We’re not looking for someone to pour buckets of leads into the top of the funnel, but for someone to bring in the right ones and keep them. AI is part of how we work, so you’ll reach for it to work smarter and keep finding new ways to put it to use.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Own our paid media in full, from social advertising to display and media buys, with a clear line back to pipeline.

  • Build the full-funnel growth program, developing multi-channel acquisition strategies and optimising conversion funnels from awareness through to retention.

  • Partner with sales to build nurture journeys and design ABM programs that go after the accounts we most want to win.

  • Optimise the whole customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to expansion, growing pipeline, retention and lifetime value.

  • Run the experiments, using A/B testing and data analysis to sharpen campaigns and get more from every dollar.
