About the Role
At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume inbound calls, assist customers with home service needs, and convert conversations into booked service appointments and membership enrollments.
This is more than a customer support role. You’ll be responsible for turning inbound inquiries into revenue by providing exceptional service, recommending the right solutions, and confidently guiding customers toward scheduling appointments and joining the company’s membership program.
You’ll work closely with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from their first call through appointment scheduling.

What You’ll Own
Inbound Sales & Customer Support
- Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate services.
- Build trust quickly through friendly, consultative conversations.
- Guide customers toward booking service appointments using structured call flows.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives.
Appointment Scheduling & Membership Sales
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Introduce and explain the company’s membership program (Pipeline Club).
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maintenance plans.
- Balance customer satisfaction with sales performance on every interaction.
- Ensure scheduling details are accurate and complete.
CRM & Customer Data Management
- Accurately log customer interactions, appointments, and notes in CRM systems.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records.
- Follow company workflows, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- De-escalate challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up on customer requests when required.
- Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams.
- Communicate scheduling updates and customer information accurately.
- Share customer feedback to improve scripts, processes, and service delivery.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team environment.
