Description:

• Lead technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle, from conception to production support.
• Mentor and guide developers in best practices and complex problem-solving.
• Design software solutions with expertise in microservices architecture, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and Clean Code.
• Advocate for a culture of quality, promoting TDD and thorough code reviews.
• Ensure application performance and reliability through metrics and continuous optimization.
• Address critical incidents and bugs, leading root cause analysis and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in object-oriented programming, particularly in Java and Kotlin.
• Proven mastery of microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture principles.
• Solid experience with SQL databases and agile development lifecycle (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in GIT/Git Flow.
• Strategic differentiators: Advanced experience with Spring Boot/Javalin, event-driven architectures, data streaming solutions (Kafka, SQS), Cloud (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, API Management platforms (Apigee), and Node.js.
