Description:
- Lead AI Engineer role focused on driving technical vision for AI features at 360Learning.
- Hands-on leadership position involving coaching AI Engineers and collaborating with product teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in building GenAI/LLM-powered systems with production deployment.
- Strong Python skills and experience with LLM integration and managing real-world constraints.
- Familiarity with search technologies, machine learning fundamentals, and technical leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (B2 level or equivalent).
