Description:

• Join Descript as a founding product data scientist to shape growth strategy and enhance experimentation culture.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to drive product-led growth (PLG) and B2B strategy, focusing on activation, engagement, and monetization.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role, with 3+ years in a growth function.
• Strong business intuition, statistical analysis knowledge, SQL skills, and proficiency in Python or R.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a growth mindset; experience in a fast-growing start-up is a plus.
