Role Overview
Manage Expel's TSE team, transforming the function to eliminate wasted work and boost people's careers. The team keeps customers' security technology foundations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Hire, coach, and develop team members, handle escalations, and redesign ways of working to eliminate wasted work.

Requirements
- Experience managing a technical support or customer engineering team
- Track record of improving how a function operates
- Real comfort with AI and automation in operational contexts
- Enough security knowledge to credibly coach the team and engage on complex issues
- People management fundamentals: regular 1:1s, real feedback, performance management, career development
