Role Overview
Join an established Australian company specializing in electronic security solutions. As the Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the company's HubSpot CRM, drive marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, plan and execute marketing campaigns, produce digital marketing content, and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM
- Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Canva for creating and updating marketing collateral
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels and conversion optimisation
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
