Schedule:Tuesdays - Thursdays 9am - 1pm
Employment Type:1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available
Availability: 10 hours per week

This is aremote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
Conduct assessments and implement interventions
Develop goals and track student progress
Complete documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders

Requirements
RequirementsActive IL license
Experience working with students who have behavior implementation plans
Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)

Compensation & Pay Structure
Rate: $55–$60per hour
Paidfordocumentation, IEP meetings, assessments,andprogress reportingat the same hourly rate
Paidforno-showsandlate cancellations
Completed sessionsinclude anadditional 10%to account for session documentation time
Flexible employment options, including1099 or W2,based on your preference
Paid training ($20/hour),including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training
