Position Details
  • Location:Remote

  • Schedule:Tuesdays - Thursdays 9am - 1pm

  • Employment Type:1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available

  • Availability: 10 hours per week

  • Start Date:early August 2026

This is aremote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs

  • Conduct assessments and implement interventions

  • Develop goals and track student progress

  • Complete documentation and progress reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration

  • Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders

Scheduling

  • Services are delivered Tuesdays - Thursdays 9am - 1pm

  • Scheduling is aligned with student availability

  • Structured caseloads and scheduling support


Requirements

Requirements
  • Active IL license

  • Experience working with students who have behavior implementation plans

  • Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)

Compensation & Pay Structure

  • Rate: $55–$60per hour

  • Paidfordocumentation, IEP meetings, assessments,andprogress reportingat the same hourly rate

  • Completed sessionsinclude anadditional 10%to account for session documentation time
