About the Role

As our Partnership Enablement & Operations Lead, you’ll be the operational engine that turns partner relationships into a consistent, measurable source of new business. This isn’t a sales role and it isn’t a management role — it’s a builder role. You’ll create the systems, content, and cadences that make our network of Partner Managers more effective across the country.

What You’ll Do

Partner Training & Enablement

  • Build and maintain the onboarding curriculum, content library, and product update cadence that keeps every partner informed and equipped to refer.

Lead Tracking & Pipeline Accuracy

  • Own the full partner lead tracking system, attribution reporting, and Salesforce coordination so every referral is logged, staged, and credited.

Proof of Partnership

  • Produce partner impact reports and dashboards that show each partner the revenue and outcomes their referrals generate.
