Description:

• Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketers with a Composable CDP.
• The Partner Solutions Engineer will build relationships with partner SEs and technical sales leaders at top ISVs and SIs, ensuring Hightouch is their preferred CDP.
• Responsibilities include managing product feedback and driving partner-informed product changes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Proven track record of influencing revenue and product direction through partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills across various technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and customer engagements.

Benefits:

• On-Target Earnings Range: $180,000-$220,000 annually.
• Base Salary Range: $126,000-$154,000 annually, with equity compensation options.
