In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work
- Design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs and goals.
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness-related scenarios, concepts, and instructional content.
- Evaluate health and safety protocols within exercise routines and contribute recommendations for best practices.
- Develop motivational strategies and communication techniques for various client profiles.
- Assess exercise instruction quality and program design effectiveness, offering domain-specific insights.
- Document findings and recommendations with clarity to inform AI model development.
- Collaborate with other experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer.
- Up-to-date certification from a recognized fitness authority (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction.
- Strong commitment to reliability, consistency, and delivering high-quality input on assignments.
- Familiarity with a range of populations and training environments.
- Previous experience contributing to educational content or training materials (a plus).
