Overview
The Physician Signature Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely completion of physician signature documentation across all assigned locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with physician signature processes and serves as a resource and mentor for program managers navigating signature workflows. The Specialist works closely with Compliance and IT and reports directly to the Vice President of the division.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate collection of outstanding signature documentation following Advantum's exit, including delayed certification forms and Unsigned Records Forms• Monitor completion of CliniFax, CliniSign, and Suture Sign processes across assigned sites; escalate at-risk sites to supervisor in a timely manner• Drive compliance with physician signature workflows and established processes• Mentor new Program Managers on CliniFax, CliniSign, and Suture Sign processes as needed• Provide guidance to physicians on CliniSign enrollment and sign-up as needed• Complete CliniFax process for terminated sites, sites without an assigned Program Manager, and other locations as directed• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance and IT teams to support process integrityQualifications• Experience in healthcare operations, medical records, or a related field preferred• Familiarity with physician documentation and signature compliance processes a plus• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn CliniFax, CliniSign, and Suture Sign platforms• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously• Effective communicator with the ability to mentor and support field-based staff• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during standard business hours
Qualifications
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree
