About the position:
As aPre-Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in positioning AvePoint solutions for our customers, by designing and delivering tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
Leveraging your deep business and technical expertise and strong consultative skills, you will work closely with customers, the virtual account teams (VAT), and product specialists to understand requirements, design solutions, and demonstrate the value of AvePoint’s offerings
As the technical lead for opportunities and key customers, you’ll define and drive the technical win strategy from start to finish; proactively uncovering customer challenges, shaping solution approaches, and moving the deal forward from a technical standpoint. You will be involved from discovery calls, to delivering compelling technical presentations and demos, to taking charge of proof-of-concept initiatives and providing expert guidance throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
You’ll operate with a high-level of independence and autonomy, while collaborating closely with sales teams and senior technical leaders to ensure customers achieve outstanding results.

What you’ll do
Lead deep discovery to understand customer objectives and map them to a compelling solution vision.
Deliver high-impact technical presentations and tailored demonstrations.
Craft value narratives that resonate with different stakeholders (business and technical) and influence the customer’s buying vision.
Lead solution design and engineering activities across the sales cycle with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring technical feasibility that aligns with the customers business outcomes.
Lead in writing proposals in response to RFxs to showcase how the AvePoint product line can satisfy customer requirements.
