Role Overview

As a Product Design Manager, you will own the execution of our design vision, managing a small team of designers across multiple teams to prioritise initiatives, drive strategic projects, and foster a culture of excellence.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage a small team of product designers, mentor and inspire your team, manage project timelines, roadmaps, and design workflows, and partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategic goals into user-friendly design solutions.

  • Experience in fintech or SaaS, with a strong understanding of financial products, compliance, security, and designing for trust
