Description:

• Seeking a passionate and innovative Product Solutions Engineer to support state customers and drive expansion.
• Translate customer requests into impactful features, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies across teams, advocating for solutions.
• Develop effective test strategies and document technical specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Provide technical support, client training, and optimize AI utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., React, Python).
• Understanding of UX principles and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, web APIs).
• Experience with AI model monitoring and automation tooling.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, CI/CD, and LLM technologies is a plus.
